He was a Diocesean Bishop in Isabela & Quirino
Rt. Rev. Francisco C. Millare was born on April 02, 1932. He was the oldest among the 6 siblings of Domingo and Maria who is now with the Lord. He was ordained as priest of Philippines Independent Cathilic Church on 1958 at San Mateo, Isabela and was ordained as Bishop on 1994 at Diffun, Quirino. He happily served 34 years as servant of the Lord Almighty.
The Philippine Independent Catholic Church (known The Aglipayan Church which was founded Gregorio Aglipay) by allowed priests to marry, and on March 17, 1958 he married Maxima Corpuz. They were happily live together for 48 years, boars four offspring and eleven grandchildren. They worked so hard by farming whilst serving the Lord to raise their kids and accomplished his vision in life for their success and he did carefully. Fely C. Millare who finished her Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering and married to Mario B. Almogela and have three wonderful grandchildren they are Felimar, Marillee & Ellimae. His second child Clarina C. Millare finished her Bachelors Degree of Business Administration Majoring in Accounting and married to Rolando R. Mantala and have three diligent grandchildren they are Andrew, Clairolle and Rolly Jr. His third Child Janeth C. Millare graduated as Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and married to Reynaldo Javier, blessed with three intelligent grandchildren; they are Janrey, Jaenald and Jaereyn. His youngest son Hagar Recto C. Millare finished his Bachelors Degree in Aeronautics Majoring in Flying, married to Richelle Mina and have cute youngest grandson who looks like him Maverick Samuel.
During his early age he had a son Constante Pasion married to Clarita Agbayani and blessed with another grandson Clifford who is taking Bachelors Degree in Commerce Major in Business Management.
Francisco was kind and loving priest, he devoted his life in serving God, his family and helped others especially young children who are in need of guidance. He showed his children how to love, share and respect other people.
Maxima Corpuz Millare become very ill for the passed three years and finally joined her beloved husband with the Lord on April 14, 2007.
